Norma EN 15194 je dlouhodob\u00e1 norma EU pro elektrokola, kter\u00e1 se t\u00fdk\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnosti a <strong>EMC<\/strong> kompletn\u00ed informace o syst\u00e9mu EPAC. Odkazuje na <strong>EN 50604-1<\/strong> pro bezpe\u010dnost baterie. UL popisuje rozsah a zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed zkou\u0161ek. N\u011bkter\u00e9 programy (newyorsk\u00e9 slevy\/maloobchodn\u00ed pravidla, denversk\u00e9 slevy) nyn\u00ed <strong>vy\u017eadovat<\/strong> Shoda s normou UL 2849.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>UL 2271<\/strong> - <strong>akumul\u00e1tor<\/strong> bezpe\u010dnost pro lehk\u00e1 elektrick\u00e1 vozidla; \u010dasto se spojuje s UL 2849.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>OSN 38.3<\/strong> - bezpe\u010dnost p\u0159epravy lithiov\u00fdch bateri\u00ed (leteck\u00e1\/n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed\/silni\u010dn\u00ed), univerz\u00e1ln\u011b pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 pro p\u0159epravn\u00ed balen\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00edstn\u00ed\/region\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159edpisy st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji odkazuj\u00ed na UL 2849\/2271: <strong>New York City<\/strong> v roce 2023 zavedla povinnou certifikaci t\u0159et\u00ed stranou; <strong>Kalifornie SB-1271<\/strong> vy\u017eaduje certifikovan\u00e9 baterie pro elektrokola na celost\u00e1tn\u00ed \u00farovni od <strong>ledna 2026<\/strong> (pravidla st\u00e1tn\u00edho po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00edho dozoru).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Praktick\u00fd poznatek pro Severn\u00ed Ameriku: Chcete-li prod\u00e1vat pohodln\u011b - a z\u00edskat p\u0159\u00edstup k program\u016fm v New Yorku\/Denveru\/velk\u00fdch maloobchodn\u00edch prodejn\u00e1ch - pl\u00e1nujte si <strong>UL 2849 (syst\u00e9m)<\/strong> + <strong>UL 2271 (baterie)<\/strong> + <strong>UN 38.3 (p\u0159eprava)<\/strong>.
