CPSC's foresl\u00e5ede regel s\u00f8ger at mindske disse risici ved at etablere obligatoriske sikkerhedsstandarder.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Detaljer om den foresl\u00e5ede regel om test af elcykler<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Den foresl\u00e5ede regel vil kr\u00e6ve, at elcykler og andre mikromobilitetsenheder skal overholde modificerede versioner af eksisterende Underwriters Laboratories (UL)-standarder:<\/p><div class=\"regen-test-placement-from-wizard-1604397851\" id=\"regen-3968784827\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-1076230867169041\"\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><\/div><div class=\"regen-test-placement-from-wizard-2878267818\" id=\"regen-3225421199\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-1076230867169041\"\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>UL 2849-20<\/strong> - Standard for sikkerhed for elektriske systemer til elcykler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>UL 2271-23<\/strong> - Standard for sikkerhed for batterier til brug i lette elektriske k\u00f8ret\u00f8jer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>UL 2272-24<\/strong> - Standard for sikkerhed for elektriske systemer til personlige e-mobilitetsenheder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Disse \u00e6ndringer har til form\u00e5l at im\u00f8deg\u00e5 identificerede farer som elektrisk st\u00f8d, brand, eksplosioner, gasudslip, forbr\u00e6ndinger, overophedning og ind\u00e5nding af r\u00f8g.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Erkl\u00e6ringer fra kommiss\u00e6ren<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kommiss\u00e6r Richard L. Trumka Jr. understregede, at det haster, og sagde: \"Det er p\u00e5 tide at g\u00f8re vores del for at im\u00f8deg\u00e5 denne fare.\" Han fremh\u00e6vede den tv\u00e6rpolitiske st\u00f8tte til den foresl\u00e5ede regel og bem\u00e6rkede, at den kan redde liv ved at forhindre brande.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fungerende formand Peter A. Forslaget blev dog nedstemt, idet kommiss\u00e6rerne Trumka, Alexander Hoehn-Saric og Mary T. Boyle stemte imod. De udtrykte bekymring for, at henvisningen ville forsinke den n\u00f8dvendige handling og underminere CPSC's uafh\u00e6ngighed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Offentlig deltagelse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Den foresl\u00e5ede regel vil blive offentliggjort i Federal Register, hvilket \u00e5bner for en 60-dages offentlig kommentarperiode. Interessenter, herunder producenter, sikkerhedsfork\u00e6mpere og forbrugere, opfordres til at indsende deres kommentarer for at hj\u00e6lpe med at forme de endelige regler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Konklusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CPSC's afstemning er et afg\u00f8rende skridt i retning af at forbedre sikkerheden for elcykler og andre mikromobilitetsenheder.
