QORE - Born to perform. Nowy system e-bike z Berlina

Brose, a German e-bike motor specialist, has unveiled its latest innovation: the QORE e-bike ecosystem. This new system, introduced at Eurobike 2025, represents Brose’s first fully integrated e-bike solution, combining a powerful motor, high-capacity batteries, and user-friendly controls.

Key Features of the QORE Ecosystem:

  • Drive³ Peak Motor: At the heart of QORE is the Drive³ Peak motor, operating at 48 volts. It delivers a continuous power output of 250 watts, peaking at 600 watts, with a torque of 95 Nm. This motor offers up to 420% pedal assistance, ensuring robust performance across various terrains.
  • Battery Options: QORE offers two integrated battery choices: an 814 Wh and a 632 Wh version. Both are designed for seamless integration into the bike frame, with the larger battery weighing 4.0 kg and the smaller 3.8 kg. These batteries support extended rides and efficient energy use.
  • Control Units and Displays: The system includes the Brose Allround 2.0 control unit, featuring a 1.9-inch TFT color display, and the Brose Control Integrate, a top-tube integrated display. Both provide real-time data such as speed, battery level, and range, enhancing the riding experience.

Future Developments and Partnerships:

Brose plans to expand the QORE ecosystem with additional components, including the Battery SlideIn 500 (500 Wh) and a range extender. The system’s flexible architecture allows for integration with third-party technologies like ABS, electronic shifting, GPS, and IoT features.

German e-bike manufacturers Waldbike and Campus have already partnered with Brose to incorporate the QORE system into their upcoming models, set to release in fall 2025. These collaborations highlight the system’s adaptability across various e-bike categories, from city commuting to mountain biking.

Corporate Transition:

In a strategic move, Brose’s e-bike division is being acquired by Yamaha Motor Co., with the transition expected to complete by June 2025. Despite the change in ownership, Brose assures continuity in its operations, with the existing team in Berlin remaining intact. This acquisition aims to bolster Yamaha’s position in the e-bike market, leveraging Brose’s technological expertise.
