At Regen, we understand that your cargo bike designs are more than just visuals—they’re intellectual property, the foundation of your brand identity, and a key to your market edge. As your trusted OEM/ODM partner, we take design protection seriously—through every sketch, prototype, and production cycle.
1. We do not disclose any ODM/OEM cargo bike designs—even after they are publicly launched.
2. We do not reveal client names or logos under any circumstances.

How We Secure Your Designs
03 - Terms
Mold Ownership & Usage Terms
Regen respects your investment in tooling and molds. We offer clear terms regarding ownership and usage:
Exclusive Use: All molds or jigs developed for your design are used only for your brand
Ownership Options:
Client-Owned: You own the molds and may request shipment or destruction after project completion
Joint Investment: Regen co-invests in tooling in exchange for a minimum production volume agreement
Storage & Maintenance: Molds are maintained in our facility under optimal conditions and checked before each batch
Your tooling = your rights. We will never use it to serve other clients or for in-house products.
IP Patent Support
Regen supports clients in protecting, registering, and enforcing patents or industrial designs, especially within the EU and China. Our support includes:
Preliminary novelty search for utility or design patents
CAD rendering adjustments for patent filing formats (2D/3D line drawings)
Collaboration with your IP attorney or recommending trusted local partners
Filing support for CNIPA, EUIPO, WIPO and local patent offices
Certificate preparation for industrial design registration
Our team can assist you with technical files, mockup refinement, and application documentation—making your patent process smoother and faster.
Market Confidentiality & Exclusivity
